Outcomes:

1. Grow business 10 percent annually

• Assess clients needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Network with local residents and business owners for new customers
• produce minimum $300 sales monthly

2. Provide excellent customer service

• Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims
• Deliver policies in timely manner
• Retain 78 percent of new business written within first year

3. Properly manage accounts

• Communicate customer's due dates and payments schedules
• Schedule payments and pickups
• Manage late payments to minimum of 5 percent of agency size

4. Create weekly reports

5. Attend/ Complete training courses

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to cope with complex situations

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

- Reliable source of transportation
